Karen Roberts Washington Attorney & Dispute Resolution Professional

Meet Karen Washington

Karen was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law.  Her undergraduate studies were at Texas Tech University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, with high honors. After graduation, Karen returned to Dallas and has practiced law in the Dallas-Fort Worth area ever since.

Karen has helped individuals and businesses navigate through the complexities of the law. Using a variety of the tools available, she helps parties get things done.

Much of her work is in a neutral capacity: mediator, arbitrator, independent hearing examiner, administrative law judge, and trial board hearing officer. In mediation, parties have the opportunity to take control and fashion solutions that work for them. In more adjudicative processes, she conducts evidentiary hearings and makes decisions, giving consideration to law and equity.
